   All orders are placed via our webshop or Instagram. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   
2. Shipping & Delivery
   We ship orders according to the options available at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Suki is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
3. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
4. Product information
   All Suki candles and melts are handmade from natural soy-coconut wax, vegan and cruelty free. Please keep products away from children, pets, and flammable materials while in use.
5. Liability
   Suki is not responsible for damaged caused by improper  use of our products. By purchasing, you agree to use them responsibly and follow safety instructions.
6. Privacy
   Your personal data is used for processing orders and communication with you. We do not share your information with third parties.
7. Changes to Terms
   Suki reserves the right to update these terms at any time The current version will always be available on the webshop.
