Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact suki.candle.studio@gmail.com before sending your order back.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

As each candle is handmade, slight variations in colour and shape are natural and are not considered defects.
